Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Plain answers about Autograph, our standalone subscription, legally binding signatures, and how we put your firm first.

What is Autograph?

Autograph is an electronic signature product. You can send documents to your clients, collect legally binding signatures, track each envelope's status, and receive the completed agreement with a certificate of completion and a full audit trail.

How do I pay for Autograph?

Autograph is offered as a standalone subscription product. You pay for the signature tools your firm needs without forced bundles, platform dependencies, or unrelated software you never use.

Whose name and logo appear on the signing emails?

Signing emails arrive from the firm itself, wearing the firm's own name and branding. Your clients see your firm's name and email address in their inbox, so they recognize it immediately and sign without hesitation.

Are signatures collected through Autograph legally binding?

Yes. Autograph collects legally binding signatures and is designed to support ESIGN and UETA requirements under federal and state law.

What compliance and security standards does Autograph support?

Autograph is designed to support ESIGN and UETA requirements, creates tamper-evident audit records, and maintains a SOC 2 ready posture and HIPAA ready posture for sensitive documents.

Does every completed document come with proof of signing?

Yes. Every completed envelope produces a certificate of completion. Once all parties have signed, Autograph automatically generates a certificate of completion and attaches tamper-evident audit records showing every step in the envelope history.

How do I know when a client signs?

You can track each envelope's status as it happens. Autograph lets you see when your document is sent, delivered, opened, and signed, so you always know where it stands without having to ask.

When will pricing be announced?

Autograph is offered as a standalone subscription product. Pricing numbers are not published yet. You can view our plan structures on the pricing page, and flat subscription rates will be announced before general launch.
